Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and often custom-made nature of my jewellery, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method once the item has been returned in its original condition.

Custom orders (including made-to-size or gold requests) are non-refundable.
